“Uptown” 40×70 cm
ESSENTIAL.The Act of Being
An original oil painting celebrating individuality, self-assurance, and the freedom to carry yourself through life in your own way.
A woman is captured in profile, her chin gently lifted and her posture expressing a natural sense of confidence. Warm skin tones contrast with cool blue-grey brushstrokes, while touches of turquoise bring freshness and energy to the composition.
Painted in a contemporary Impressionist style, Uptown combines oil textures, gestural brushwork, and areas of unfinished detail. The interplay between defined forms and spontaneous strokes gives the painting a distinctive character, allowing the woman’s posture and presence to tell the story.
Uptown reflects the pleasure of being comfortable with who you are. A sense of individuality that comes naturally, expressed through the way you move, the space you occupy, and the freedom to enjoy being yourself.
Part of ESSENTIAL.The Act of Being, a collection exploring freedom, individuality, and the beauty of life as it unfolds.
